With 24 years in construction, we can deduce that Fernando either had no choice but to go into construction or that he had a burning passion for it from the get-go. Based on how well he does his job and the upbeat attitude he brings to work, we’re pretty sure it’s the latter. A little-known fact about Fernando is that he loves martial arts and is an avid movie-goer…We’d be willing to bet that Way of the Dragon is his favorite movie. Either that or The Karate Kid. Fernando’s knowledge and experience are irreplaceable, as he always has an answer for any problem that comes up.
